The instructor trainee will learn the value, benefits, and suggested methods for preparing daily lesson plans:

• Emphasize oral and written presentations
• Teaching principles and methods are taught and practiced
• Development of teaching aids and materials
• Learn how to understand different learning styles

Scheduling and Program Information

Instructor programs are not offered every month.

Applicants must meet the following to be accepted into the program(s):

• Submit up-to-date resume and license
• Must be licensed as a nail technician or esthetician for a minimum of one year
• Must have experience in the industry for a minimum of one year
• Personal interview with selection committee
• Must create a "teaching" demo/audition by creating a 30-minute teaching session.
• Must supply at least three professional references.

Acceptance into the program is based on the interview, committee evaluation, and the teaching demo. Schedule will be determined if the prospective student is accepted into the program.
